New member form Florida's Gulfcoast
First I would like to state how truly happy I am to have found this site and how excited I am to gain useful knowledge from all of these great resources.
Now a little bit about me. I am a recent graduate from The University of Florida with a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction and minors in Real Estate and Finance. Due to the current Residential market I am currently employed as an Assistant Project Manager with a Commercial General Contractor in Sarasota, Fl.
I have always had a very entrepreneurial spirit and am fascinated with Real Estate Investing. I would love meeting a mentor and learning everything there is in this field. I would also like to bounce around a business idea dealing with foreclosure property management and Home Improvements but I am not sure where on the site to post? Hope to hear all replys
