My name is Behrooz. I have no background in real estate except being involved when my dad purchased his current house a few years ago. 

I recently rented a small studio union city, nj to cut my commute to my current job in manhattan, which is programming at a trading company. I'm looking to get started in RE investing and hopefully stop renting by buying my first property by next year and growing from there. 

I purchased brandon's beginners guide on amazon after reading the good reviews and that's how I learned about bp. 

Looking forward to getting more involved here, meeting new people with similar interests and goals, and learning more about the business.
