New member from St. Louis.  Have one buy and hold deal under my belt but my primary business demands most of my time and energy.  Looking for others in the STL metro area with thoughts on local turnkey and/or PM.  Focus on south STL county (Affton, Lindbergh, mehlville schools) and Jeffco (Fox, Seckmann).  Any thoughts?
