Hi,

My name is Ryan Greenwald, and I am new to the site and the world of RE investing. I recently graduated from Florida State University, and upon graduation, moved to Cincinnati, Ohio (June 2015).  

My goal is to acquire my first multi-family property (preferably 3-4 units) in the next year and a half.  In the meantime, I look forward to absorbing as much information as possible.  Since I was born and raised in South Florida, I still have a lot to learn about Cincinnati.

Any and all advice is welcomed, and I look forward to being part of the BP community.
