Hello BP!
I am a long time reader of BP, though new to the site as an active participant. I am a real estate investor and commercial agent with a large brokerage in Syracuse, NY. I own a growing portfolio of multifamily properties and have goals to acquire large multifamily buildings over the next several years.
As far as goals are concerned, I'd like to invest in a large portfolio of multifamily buildings (20-100 units per) locally and regionally!
I am always looking to connect with other BP members, local investors (both active and passive), lenders and action takers! I am always learning and looking to teach others along the way! Looking forward to being a very active participant here on BP.
