Introduction to BP
Greetings to all,
I would like to introduce myself to the community of real estate investors here at BP. My name is Chris Armstrong and I am young professional in the Chemical industry in Charleston South Carolina. I am looking to make a complete lifestyle change by transitioning into real estate as an investor over a relatively short period of time.
My areas of interest are flipping houses,building a large portfolio of rental properties and even wholesaling properties. Honestly I just want to learn.

@Chris Armstrong You expressed several areas, of interest such as flipping houses, building a large portfolio of rental properties, and even wholesaling properties. Do you have a business plan? In your plan, be specific! Set short, medium, and long term goals assigning realistic timelines, to each goal, for completion. You need to hold yourself accountable. I would invite you, to consider focusing your energy, time, and effort on one or two areas depending on your needs, your fiscal situation, your personal attributes, your skill sets, etc. It is better to be proficient in a few areas than to be all over the map driving in circles...quality over quantity. I can provide a lot of knowledge and information, in all your areas of interest except wholesaling. Please reach out, if you feel I may be of benefit. Much to your success!
