Just took first action step!!!!
Hi everyone, I'm a 25 year old newbie investor. I have been on this website for months soaking up as much knowledge as possible! With everything that my partner and I have learned, we decided to take a leap of faith with our first step into wholesaling! We sent out our first direct mail campaign early last week and have received three calls so far. Nothing substantial yet but one potential lead. It's a start right? Our goal is to build a substantial pipeline to be doing rehabs on our own. In addition to wholesaling, we did a couple flips with JV partners last year and wanted to keep that momentum going as well. I am truly amazed by this community and the amount of people who are willing to lend a hand. I can't wait to pay it forward one day and am excited to network with you all!

Hey Seve, glad to see you doing it! If you look at my recent posts Ive made a few threads about direct mail! If youre making your own, one has a link to a cool little spreadsheet I made that lists some super low cost direct mail supplies and where to get them.
Are you marketing in Sacramento like we talked about a few weeks ago?
