Hello everyone my name is David. I have recently been introduced to a friend of a friend, and he explained to me what he does for a living. I learned that he sets up deals between buyers and sellers and makes kind of a commission from setting up the deal/finding the house. I am very eager and interested to learn this type of wholesale and curious how to achieve my financial freedom by generating income from capital. I will be finding time to browse through these forums and educating myself on the basics of REI. I currently reside in Portland, OR and happily accepting advice and education from any experienced members or any type of mentoring :)
