Hi everyone! We are excited to be included in such an amazing group and have access to all of your experience and advice. We own rental property in Georgia and recently have ventured into the vacation rental world in Bradenton Florida. We are building a new home for this project and are open to any advice available with upgrading the home to the vacation rental level. This is our first experience in the "hospitality industry".
