Thanks for the add, guys! I've been watching the Bigger Pockets blogs on YouTube for a few months now and the information is invaluable! I currently work for Harley-Davidson, but I have done residential and commercial construction and renovations on the side for the last 13 years. I currently live in Tulsa, OK, but will be moving to Sacramento, CA next year and will be pursuing investments in the surrounding areas. I currently have one single-family rental property here in Tulsa that may go up for sale when I move. I look forward to working with you guys!
