Hey BP,

I am an newbie investor but not a new to BP.

I always wanted to get involve in real estate investing. I did do some readings and research back then.  That's how  I find BP,  read one or two articles in this forum. But life got me busy and I put it on the side.

I am back in the business willing to pick-up back where I left off. I recently spend some fortune on attending some Real Estate guru seminars.  

Willing to get my hands dirty this time and do the work.

Looking into rehab first.

Any advice or guidelines will be appreciated.  I just want to grow this time.
