My name is Chris Kendall, I am 22yrs old and live in Anacortes WA. I currently own and operate a small pizza place called Westside Pizza and I also help with the franchising aspect of the company. I am new to the real estate game and would like to get off on the right foot. I am considering residential multi-family as my first move.
