Greetings everyone. My name is Janet Smith, and while I am a new member to biggerpockets.com, I have been perusing this site for over 3 months. I am a real estate investor in So CA and have worked in in real estate industry for the past 5 years. My goal is to purchase properties at wholesale then resell to investors and whenever possible to individuals (owner occupied) at a discount price. I have learned a lot just perusing biggerpockets.com, now that I am a member, I look forward not only to networking and learning from members' experience and expertise, but being a contributor as well.
