Looking for Opportunity in San Antonio

Greetings,

I recently moved back to San Antonio and I am currently looking to get started investing in real estate in the area. I am currently looking to learn, network, and prepare my self for my first investment. My long-term goal is to build a portfolio of rental properties around the city, but I am interested in all single family and multi family real estate. If you have any advice for a young new investor I welcome all info or mentoring that is offered.
