New Investor in Michigan
Hello All! I am new to the BP website but have been listening to the podcasts for awhile now. We are in the Ann Arbor area but are looking to invest in vacation rentals on the west side of the state. Our focus would be near Lake Michigan from about Holland south to as far as Michigan City.
We also have some interest in the long term rental market in the Ann Arbor area. being near the university we understand there is a large demand for housing, but prices are high right now.
I hope to connect with other investors in the area and hope to gain as much information as possible and soon get into the game!
