Newbie from Triangle, Virginia

I live in Triangle, Virginia (near Quantico) and my goal is to have my first wholesale deal done by Oct this year and with the help of this site hopefully I can make that happen. 

I work in moving business so you can see the urgency to get my own business going before my body breaks down on me, haha, so I can get out of rat race. Another goal is to average 3 deals a month, while working full part time, so I can maintain benefits and still have cashflow to be able to do what I need to.

So hopefully, my bigger pockets family, we can make that happen together.
