I am Phonchito Yang, 24 years old, a dad and a husband. I have a stable job as a Shipping Coordinator but training now in AutoCad. I have a few experience in real estate as to how it works and took a seminar. I've done one renovation with my dad, which is their current home. I didn't get much say in the purchases but I was able to help them plan the layouts and designs. I did some hands on work as well. After that renovation, I was interested on making a flip on homes but I've been at a hold now for some years without a business and finance. With that at mind, I stubbed on to Bigger Pockets as I was researching on YouTube. Now with this site at my reach, I've set a goal to start up my business and learn more about real estate.
