Growth Investor joining up
I am a 6th year full time investor. I own property in 6 states including SFH's, condo's, 4-plexes and shopping centers. I love the podcast. I'm a pure investor in that I have never held a real estate license, never been in mortgage finance, and never been in real estate law. I grew up in a real estate family, and am carrying forward our business model.
