My Name is Andy Young, new to investing and looking to make local adn nationwide connections. So far I have been looking into BRRRR strategies in other cities, made contacts in those cities and hope to make my forst deal in the next few weeks. Locally, the market here in Seattle is very hot and intimidating, looking to make local connections with wholesalers, investors, and other real estate minded individuals.
