New Member from NJ interested in eastern PA
Hi, my name is Tracey. I'm from central Jersey and interested in getting into buy and hold multi-families in eastern PA. I want to start with a turnkey property or two and work up to renovate to rent. The long-term goal is to build a second career in real estate investing. Over the years I've gained experience with various aspects of real estate - buy, sell, finance/refi, legal, property management, leases - and want to put it all together.
