New member looking to job start...
hi, I'm new around here and was wondering if there's any experienced people willing to shed light on the market in Texas (DFW, Houston, big cities) and Georgia (Atlanta)? If your willing to partner on a some deals please let me know. Would like to flip some rentals but correct me if I'm wrong it maybe wiser to pick up some that I can sell to build my investment cash, will have $30k-$50k in the next month to start investing.
