Newbie. Learning about REI

I'm very new at this. So new that I've just started reading about REI Few months ago. I've always been interested (for years) but I used every excuse that would come to mind not to follow through. If only I started when I first became interested. The funny thing is, I can't even begin to tell you how I found this website but I'm glad I did. Right now, I'm learning the basics. I do have a question. Do I need to have real estate license or broker license to do REI? I read somewhere is recommended to have broker license to run your business.

I'm to the point, I want something I could leave for my children aND their children and so on. I love reading and I have a list of every book I heard mention in the podcast so far. I've already started with ebooks I've downloaded from this website. Some free and a few I purchased.

I'm anxious and eager to learn.
