Newbie from Nashville, TN
Hello everyone. My name is Curtis Austin III. I have wanted to get into real estate for a while and just don't know how to do it. I'm not rich I'm considered low income but I have the drive to be able to do the research. Not a lot of money saved up either. I want to learn how to start investing maybe in reits then moving into residential and/or commercial real estate. Trying to make some money so I can live comfortably and don't have to work as much. Nice to meet all of you and I hope to use these forums often.
