New member from Tampa Bay Area FL

Made an account about 6 months ago but never posted anything until now. My name is Hamza and I’m a home inspector in the Tampa Bay Area looking to get into real estate investing (primarily buy/hold, but currently in the process of building new construction). I heard about BiggerPockets from a friend who has a couple flips under his belt. I've listened to almost every BP podcast and have read about a dozen books since creating my account. I look forward to all the opportunities real estate has to offer!
