Hi,


I'm new to BiggerPockets.  I got introduced to the site through reading The Book on Rental Properties which provides tons of great information.  I just bought my first rental property and in the process of doing some minor work to it.  I am looking to develop a plan on how to get to my next five properties, while trying to minimize the challenges of being a first time landlord.  


I welcome any feedback or suggestion... while networking with other great people in the DMV area.
