I am new to BiggerPockets.com and would like to take this opportunity to invite any of you to discuss, talk, or share your knowledge, expertise, and real estate tips with me, and I will do likewise. Basically, I have gained a good working knowledge of Pre-Foreclosures, Foreclosures, and moreso, Delinquent Tax Sales (Tax Lien Certificates and Tax Deed Sales -aka Treasurer, Sheriff or Tax Sales, in general).
