Hello all, 

My name is Trevor Collins. I'm interested in buying-and-hold rentals with the possibility of rehab. 

I'm doing it yourself kind of guy and currently working as heavy duty diesel mechanic. I heard about bigger pockets from a book called "The book on rental property investing" by Braden Turner. I really hope to continue learning on bigger pockets and make my first investment in the coming year.
