Hi everyone! As the subject states, I'm a real estate newbie. I've been interested in becoming a real estate investor for a couple of years, since reading "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I just recently found out about this site through a friend.

Welcome! I'm a newbie too, if you haven't already, check out their podcast, it's really a great starting point IMO. I downloaded Stitcher on my phone and listen to old and new episodes during my commute. It's really been an eye opener and has so much great information!
