Hello, I am new to Bigger Pockets and look forward to learning from both newbies and experienced real estate investors to start my own real estate "empire".  I have had interest in real estate for a while now and am looking to acquire my first property in the coming months.  I am located in the Madison, WI area and I am focused on South Central WI as my target area for properties.  Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
