Even though I signed up weeks ago, just now starting to learn how to use the site. My wife Jeannie and I, purchase distressed properties, rehab, furnish and rent inidividual rooms out to former offenders trying to get back on their feet. Thereby, maximizing rental income on SFRs and multi-family. This is our first foray into this type of networking. Looking forward to cooresponding with other "Social Entrepreneurs" in Real Estate.
