New Investor from the South Bay in CA

Hi all,

My name is Cody Nguyen and I currently reside in Redondo Beach, CA. I am familiar with the cities of the South Bay, including Torrance, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes, Lawndale, etc. I work as a production manager for a jewelry manufacturer.

I am a complete newcomer when it comes to real estate investing but thankfully I am finally taking action towards this longterm interest of mine. For now, I am simply trying to soak in as much as information as I can through the resources on BP and learn how to start wholesaling and flipping homes. Eventually I would like invest in rental properties and rake in that passive income.
