Newbie from Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Hello! I joined this forum after recently attending a SuccessPath seminar sponsored by Tarek and Christina from HGTV. After leaving (without) spending the $1997, I searched for reviews and they all basically said I can learn everything here and save myself a few thousand dollars.
Here I am!
I'm looking to create my own little empire that I can use to supplement my income and then finally take the plunge to live the American dream while I'm still [relatively] young.
About me: I love spreadsheets and sometimes...okay..all of the time get analysis paralysis. I fear that'll be one of my big hurdles. I minored in real estate, which doesn't really mean anything. I had always hoped to become an agent at some point, but my current job that I really do like, doesn't allow me to do so.

@Jeff Zenko, also look into joining a local REIA such as DIG.
