Hello BP. Ready to start investing in real estate! Nice nest egg in the bank, decent paying job, improving credit score. Now is about a good a time as any. Looking to get started up here in the northeast. Definitely kind of expensive up here (can't believe all these BP podcasts talking about $30k houses being bought in the Midwest...crazy). Anyways, found a foreclosure just down the street. Gonna take the plunge and see where this goes.

Anyone else in the area having any success? Any newbies in the area? I'm game for meeting up, teaming up, partnering, learning, teaching, etc. Thanks! Good luck to all.
