Hello my name is steven. My question is what licenses or qualifications would i need to get an LLC to start my real estate Investing. I want to start investing in real estate ive been finding low priced houses with potential 100 thousand dollar gains! I know a master electrician, master plumber, painter and i can do alot of non permit stuf by my self. But i dont have money or an LLC.
