As you can see, I'm a new BP member as of last night.
I'm looking to connect to seasoned RE investors to provide value and great deals to their portfolios.
Currently I started wholesaling as a means to enlarge my pool of contacts and gain experience in the dealings, so within the following months be able to purchase another rental property in Los Angeles.
