Hi all,
My name is Carlos Cockman and I am about to take the plunge into REI. I am in the process of looking for my first property. My strategy is to find a good single family home or duplex to buy and hold. I want to start off with 1-4 unit buildings for a few years and then go up to apartment complexes.

I am also wanting to do one flip house a year.but I plan on getting my feet wet with rentals first.
