I'm excited to be part of this community and look forward to bringing value in any way possible. I am a behaviorist and a sports coach. I have my own business Kord's Kidz Inc. and I'm scaling it currently which is exciting. If anyone has any questions or needs advice on strategies with their kids hit me up! I look forward to getting feedback from the community and perhaps meeting up for lunch or coffee to collaborate. My goal is to buy and rent to provide cashflow but clearly that isn't so easy on long island and in new york. Thanks,
