I am new to the Real Estate industry. I am looking to break in to the market. The issues that I face are many. For starters, I have no capital for start up, and very little collateral. I am currently unemployed.  I am not looking for some thing for nothing.  I am a very quick study, and pick up on concepts, ideas, and knowledge pretty easily. I am looking for people to help show me how to get started with very little to no money up front. I am not looking to get rich quick, I believe that you get out of something what you put into it. Hard work, dedication, and time eventually pay off. I just need to directed.

I appreciate any one that takes the time to read this blog, and even more so for any responses and assistance in directing me in the right direction. I am not asking for a mentor, just simply pointed in the right direction to get started.

@Paul Timmins

I have started reading a few of these already. I know that it is just going to take time and continued persistence and dedication to get started. I am fully motivated and have my why's deeply embedded in my mind. I appreciate the assistance and direction of where to start. I look forward to hearing more on how to get started on making deals, and hope that we are both successful.
