Hi, my name is James and I am from the Tampa area. Getting back into real estate investing after taking a break to pursue other things. My kids are teenagers now, so it gives me the freedom to pursue my passion. I am experienced in doing this and know the area well. Looking for other investors that are either looking for properties in this area or I can help with any of their problems. Hey James Nolan I'm also pretty new to BP and real estate investing in general. I'm in Riverview but work in downtown Tampa. I'm currently trying to scout which area may be best to target as I'm fairly new to the area. If you hear of any meet ups or want someone to bounce ideas off of let me know.
