Hello from Neenah/Appleton Wisconsin

Hi my name is Dan Walter, I am from Neenah Wisconsin. I am a full time concrete concrete finisher and part time property manager. 

I am looking to get more involved in real estate. My experience is limited to my 2 home purchases. 

My first property purchase was a duplex I owner occupied. I decided to take advantage of the tax credits that were being offered for first time home buyers. It came with an active tenant that is still there, going on 7 years. 

I met my now wife 3 years into the duplex and we decided to buy our own home. It took us a few years to get qualified and we purchased our current home. 

Now I am looking to expand my portfolio for long term wealth. I have been reading all the good books and absorbing as much info as possible. 

Looking to take the next step, That is why I am here. To find the direction, motivation, and relationships needed to succeed!
