Hi, I'm Carmen and I've been wanting to flip houses for the last 15 years! I love real estate and as an Interior designer, I've done lots of kitchen and bath makeovers for potential flippers...I've been to seminars that have asked for anywhere to $2000 to $25000 for their expert mentoring and advice, but the bate and switch along with the cost always scared me away.
