Hello all...thanks for letting me join. Currently a small time investor. Properties in Idaho and Louisiana. Starting to like and understand "cash flow" homes. Looking for a new area to invest..(don't like having all my eggs..(houses) in one basket). Any ideas would be great...small homes, duplexes, tri and quad.
