Greetings BP, 

      My name is Anthony Angulo.  I am 27 years old and reside in Gainesville, Florida. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I work in human resources for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I am also a student  at Santa Fe college.  

    I have very little experience in real estate. Since  I have taken an interest in real estate, I began following a real estate investor on the LinkedIn. Reading one of his articles, I came across BP.  

I am hungry for knowledge on REI, and I am glad to be part of this community. Michael is to learn as much about real estate as I possibly can. I am more interested in buying and flipping at this point. However, rental properties is my long-term goal all. Any and all advice is welcome, and I think everyone in advance for their time.
