Hey guys,

My name is Brandon and my wife, April, and I are new to the real estate investing world.  We're both healthcare professionals and ultimately want to find a way out of our 9 to 5's (more like 6-8's).  When we first started doing research in early 2016, April found the BP Podcast and that's what has led us here.  This seems like an awesome community to learn a lot and to meet some awesome people.  We're looking forward to partaking in these discussions.  It's great to have a sounding board as we learn and grow in this business.  If you're in the DFW are, we'd love to hear about your experiences and how you got started.  Thanks!

I'm in the DFW metroplex as well, and am looking to get started in the SFR rental market. My husband and I hope to purchase our first rental property by this time next year, and are spending this time saving and doing our research.
