I have lived in Northern Nevada since 1970 and have followed the real estate market from the beginning. I love what I do and I come from a large local brokerage, (Remcor Real Estate) where I was the top producing agent every year for over 10 years, having also served for a time as manager of Remcor with over 40 plus agents. I have done it all, from selling residential real estate over the span years, as well as specializing in commercial real estate, putting together some very large commercial transactions in the downtown and outer Reno/Sparks areas. My passion is working with investors, but truly just working with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals would best describe where I enjoy spending my time, whether it’s helping you with the purchase of a new home, looking for the right rental property investment for your portfolio, or finding a suitable commercial building for investment or your business. Real estate related problem solving is my forte’, I see each challenge as an opportunity to further my knowledge and expertise. I am a seasoned 1031 Tax Differed Exchange Specialist, a local owner of investment property myself, a member of the Council of Exchangers, and co-owner of Myer Realty. I look forward to helping educate the real estate community.
