My name is Larry Pugh and I'm a remodeling contractor and investor from Boca Raton, Florida. I've done residential rehab deals, buy and hold for rental income and appreciation, and fix and flip.
I want to take it to the next level and get involved in multifamily for cash flow and appreciation.
I currently own 2 condos, Boca Raton and San Diego, one of which I want to do a 1031 exchange for a multifamily here in Florida.
