Los Angeles Based Investor
Hello,
I am 33, dad, Marine Vet, and a student. I get disability for post traumatic stress disorder related to my service in Iraq. I don't foresee, being honest but not lazy, me ever working a job again. I don't want that to limit what I can do in life. I have been actively studying real estate investing for 1 year. It started with me watching almost all the shows on TV which lead to me doing more research. Right now I need a mentor first off. Secondly and just as important as the mentor I need investors that are willing to make deals happen. I also am looking to build a team. My goal is high risk/high profit deals. When I say high risk I mean large investments and possible 1-6 months for a turn around for the investor. I live in Los Angeles and my goal is to start small, think big. Ultimately I want to do million $ deals with multimillion $ profits. I realize I have to crawl before I run, so I want to start with lower risk median homes and move towards my goal with more knowledge/investor trust.
