New Member, Hampton Roads VA
Nice to meet everybody. My wife and I are just getting started and are looking at some "buy and hold" properties in the Hampton Roads area of VA (Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Portsmouth). We have a pretty good nest egg saved up and rather than letting it sit there figure we should have it doing something for us! Ive been reading a lot of books and have a pretty solid understanding of business finance in general.
