Newbie from North Carolina

Hello everyone! I am Ashley and I just relocated to North Carolina from Northern Virginia (Springfield). I've had a Real Estate license for three years, but I have yet to do anything with it (sad, I know). I also worked as a Mortgage Loan Processor several years ago, so I am very familiar with the ins and outs of the Real Estate process.

 I have been an avid observer of Bigger Pockets for quite some time now, and I am ready to become an active member of this amazing community! With my recent relocation, I have decided to pursue Real Estate full time. It is my goal to gain knowledge and experience in the buy-and-hold and fix-and-flip areas of Real Estate. 

Again, I am ready to hit the ground running, and I look forward to all of the valuable knowledge and resources that this community provides!
