Hey everybody, I'm just getting started in real estate investing and will gladly take any information. A little about me: I have worked in the construction industry for years and I'm looking to capitalize on my knowledge of that industry to build a portfolio in real estate. 

Through the company I work for we have over 1600 contractor at our disposal nationwide so I'm not just limited to investing in one place. We can manage the rehab process from closing to completion. 

I'm looking to flip a couple properties to build funds and acquire some rental properties.
